Android platform
Open the Play Store app. In the top left, tap Menu > Account > Family > Sign up for Family Library. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your Family Library. You can find more information on the Google website.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Open the app that you want to download content from, then go to the Purchased page. App Store: Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen, then tap Purchased. Apple TV app: Tap the Library tab, then tap Family Sharing.
Google Play Family Library on Android
Like Apple’s Family Sharing service, it allows you to share purchased content with up to six people in your family (including apps, games, movies, TV shows, e-books and more). … Once you’ve set up your family group, it can also be used for a Google Play Music family subscription.
Once users are running iOS 8 on their iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, they’ll be able to share all iTunes account purchases, including apps, music and movies, between up to six people in their family.
Find the app or game that you want to share and tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner. Next, select “Share” from the menu. Android’s native share menu will open. You can either “Copy” the link and paste it in any messaging or social media app you want, or select an app to directly share it with.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Family Sharing, then tap Set Up Your Family.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your family and invite your family members.
How to share
- Open the Google Play Store app .
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & devices.
- In the “Overview” tab, next to “Share apps,” tap Send.
- Select which apps to share.
- Tap Send.
- Choose who to send the apps to.
How do you add a family member to Apple music?
On Android
- Open Apple Music.
- Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Tap on Account settings (it should be your photo or name).
- Tap on Manage Membership.
- Tap on Family or Family Setup, depending on which option is available.
- If you tapped on Family, follow the instructions.
